I’ve never liked that old saying, “Fake it till you make it.”
I say that because I was horrible at hiding my feelings.
But I learned how to survive in a family where feelings were seen as weakness.
On the inside I was a different person because I stuffed my feelings for years.
Can you relate?
No wonder why I had anxiety, was compelled to learn whatever I could to reverse that pattern and share it with as many women as I could.
Perhaps that was blessing in disguise… pun intended!
This week’s video blog I share critical key distinctions about authenticity, leadership and how to make little changes I included in a workshop I facilitated last week in La Jolla, California.
