Let go using the Sedona Method ~ December 2, 2020 ~Today’s support call theme is LETTING GO of PROBLEMS. This guided meditation, based on the Sedona Method (www.sedona.com), will help you release thoughts and emotions like overthinking, fear, anxiety, control, stress, grief, judgement, expectations, and others that can get in the way of feeling the freedom that is always within you. Together we will liberate our ability to let go of those emotions, freeing our subconscious from doing the heavy lifting of suppressing negative thoughts and feelings.
By the same token, “problems” are memories of situations that didn’t go the way you thought they should have gone or an internal narrative that anticipates a situation happening in the future. The first runs on fear and the later creates anxiety. Either way, you are not fully in the present moment or you would be deciding or handling the issue.
If you have a pattern or habit of ruminating about problems then you can benefit from learning this approach so that you are fully present and performing at your best.
