Let go using the Sedona Method. ~ September 16, 2020 ~ Today’s support call theme is LETTING GO of UPSET. This guided meditation, based on the Sedona Method (www.sedona.com), will help you release thoughts and emotions like regret, fear, anxiety, over-stress, grief, judgement, expectations, and others that can get in the way of feeling the freedom that is always within you. Together we will liberate our ability to let go of those emotions, freeing our subconscious from doing the heavy lifting of suppressing negative thoughts and feelings.
Holding on to pain or upsets doesn’t fix anything. Replaying the past over and over again doesn’t change it, and wishing things were different doesn’t make it so. Especially when it comes to the past, you can accept whatever it is you’re holding on to and then let it go.
Before you start this recording, allow yourself to turn off any distractions, sit in a comfortable position, and give yourself permission to BE. So often we get caught in the chaos of busyness with endless to-do lists.
